“Troop 1201 invades Joshua Tree National Park for one terrific weekend! Warm weather, sumptuous food, fellowship, great kids, and even a 50th Birthday made for a very successful tailgate campout. Scouts had a great time scrambling on rocks, practicing their camping, cooking and orienteering skills. By Saturday afternoon there were 46-people, (15-adults, 30-scouts, and 1-sibling), all enjoying themselves at Indian Cove group campsites 10, 11 and 12. Thanks to everyone for a safe and enjoyable weekend. Troop 1201 Rocks! -- Scoutmaster Cliff”
